Default [1984 300D] Turn Signals and Windows stopped working

I have been trying to figure this out for a couple days now, I just can't seem to find anyone with the exact same issues on this forum (or others)

I let a friend borrow my car for a while, she returned it saying the signals just quit working. He is the situation.

Its a 1984 300D, the power windows and turn signals appear to be getting no power. However the right mirror adjuster does get power (the mirror still moves???)

So, what would be causing my signals to not work (no clicks, lights or anything) and all 4 power windows to work quit working at the exact same time. All other devices seem to work (headlamps, fan blower, interior lights, stereo)

So, any ideas? I would think it was a signal relay, but the windows are out too making me think its a electrical/power issue. I did buy a new set of window switches for the passenger side just because and that does not seem to help anything.

all fuses are good... I'm about to replace number 12 just in case.

as always, you guys rock.

Default Progress

So, as it turns out #12 fuse was actually compromised, it was corroded underneath and you couldn't see it from the top, I replaced it and checked all my connections and I got my signals back. However, the windows are still funky, I have two of the 4 windows working, and I have discovered that the motors are fine, BUT the switches seem to work as with a volt meter I the wires that connect to the motor show voltage, but the motors don't work, when use jumper cables straight to the battery the motors work fine! wtf?! I think it may be cheaper and faster just to run new wires and install switches on the doors themselves and forget those stupid factory switches.

Fuse 12 feeds WINDOW RELAY IN BACK OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER THEN VOLTAGE GOES BACK TO A AND B WHICH DISTRIBUTES POWER TO THE WINDOW MOTORS. YOU CAN CONFIRM THE RELAY IS AT FAULT BY JUMPING FROM 12 TO A OR B MARKED ON THE BOX.iF WINDOWS WORK WITH THIS MOVE THE RELAY IS AT FAULT. RELAY COST $25 YOU MUST PULL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TO GET AT IT.uSE LONG THIN WIRE HOOKS TO SLIP BESIDE PALSTIC CLUSTER TWIST HOOK AND GENTLY WORK OUT TOWARD YOURSELF. tHIS IS A LITTLE TOUGH IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THE CLUSTER IS OUT. A SMALL HAND CAN REACH IN TO A SMALL 1''X1'' SILVER BOX TO THE RIGHT OF ALL THE BROWN WIRES GOING TO THE GROUND TERMINAL. MY CLUSTER HAS BEEN OUT THREE TIMES AND I CAN DO IT WITH A PAINT CAN OPENER OR SCREW DRIVER- GOOD LUCK---fELINERVMD
